Commercial Lead – Frankfurt – Data Centres We are currently partnering with a leading Contractor who are active across the UK and Europe. Demonstrating success in an array of sectors including but not limited to, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy and many more. Due to continued success they are looking to further strengthen their team with an experienced Commercial Lead in Germany. Responsibilities • Commercial Management & Cost Control: Lead all commercial activities on a major data centre construction project, including budget oversight, cost forecasting, value tracking, and financial reporting to ensure the project is delivered within approved commercial parameters. Requirements Must have 10+ years experience in a similar position working on large-scale Data Centre construction projects Benefits Up to €150,000 per annum + Package
• Contract Administration: Manage the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, including negotiation, tender evaluation, contract award, variations, claims, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and German construction regulations.
• Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee procurement strategy, subcontractor selection, and supplier engagement to secure competitive pricing, robust contractual terms, and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies and advising senior stakeholders on commercial impacts.
• Stakeholder & Client Interface: Act as the primary commercial point of contact for the client, project management teams, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and effective resolution of commercial issues.
Must have relevant degree level qualifications
Must be based in Germany
